For the last few Prices and interest rates are currently rising at the rate of 9% per year and the Bank of England warned it might hit 10% later this year. To offset the cost of living crisis we ask for at least a 10% wage increase in addition to our regular annual performance review.
Currently there exists discrepancies in pay between roles and within roles at Apple. To tackle this we ask that price brackets are advertised with roles including expected wage increases with tenure. To correct current discrepancies, brackets should be streamlined and standardised.
Many of us have experienced a negative result on our work schedule and work/life balance in recent years. We ask that Apple provide a greater degree of flexibility and worker autonomy when it comes to control of our work/life balance.
