Over the last few years there have been a wide variety of policies and changes in Apple Retail that have made a big difference to our lives. Continuing cost of living increases have meant that even as the company has soared in value, the retail workers that make that a reality are facing real terms pay cuts as the raises offered are outstripped by inflation.
In this, we have had no say, we have had no power. The time has come for us to organise, to come together and bargain for what is right.
If we truly are the soul of Apple, and if Apple wishes "to leave the world better than we found it", that means making decisions in concert with employees that are equitable for all.
